About the program
TLCF Scholars Tutoring is a community-based education program of The Luc Cochran Foundation, dedicated to closing learning gaps and building academic confidence among youth and families in the Metro Atlanta area and beyond.
Through personalized, one-on-one tutoring, our Scholars Program equips students with the tools to thrive in the classroom — and in life. Each session fosters growth, resilience, and a sense of belonging that extends beyond academics.
