About TLCF
We were founded on a simple belief: every child deserves the tools to build their future.
The Luc Cochran Foundation is a Georgia-based 501(c)(3) public charity supporting youth and families in metro Atlanta through education, technology access, tutoring, career readiness, and essential resources.
Our story
Founded by Luc Cochran.
The Luc Cochran Foundation was founded by Luc Cochran, an Atlantan who believes technology and community can change a young person's trajectory. TLCF was created to help young people access the tools, support, and opportunities that shape their futures.
We are a grassroots organization based in Jonesboro, Georgia, working to expand access to education, technology, tutoring, career readiness, food assistance, and other essential community resources across metro Atlanta. Everything we do is built around showing up consistently, treating people with dignity, and growing our programs as our capacity grows.
TLCF is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity. EIN: 99-1959689. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Mission
What we do.
Our mission is to remove barriers to opportunity by providing young people and families with the education, technology, mentorship, and essential resources they need to thrive.
Approach
How we work.
We combine education, skill-building, mentorship, and community partnerships, and we grow our programs as our capacity grows. We listen first, then build with the families and schools we serve.
