Not at this time. Due to capacity and staffing limitations, Nourish Network is providing food pantry referrals only; TLCF food distributions and hygiene essentials are currently unavailable. Referrals are free, and you do not need to donate, pay a program fee, or create a member account to use our public resource directory. Contact a listed pantry directly to confirm its hours, eligibility, documents, and food availability before visiting. A referral is not a guarantee of assistance.

No. Digital Foundations and Resume Workshop each have a one-time $50 program fee. Scholars Tutoring uses a $15–$50 sliding scale per one-hour session; contact us about financial assistance. Connect Mobile has a $20 enrollment application fee and a separate $40 Phone Check-Up Clinic fee. Food pantry referrals and Annual Impact Grant applications are free. Optional donations are separate from all required charges. Review the relevant program page and confirm the service you need before paying.

Digital Foundations is TLCF's own self-paced online learning platform, with a course catalog, learning paths, and learner accounts. The program covers computer basics, files, professional email, Google Workspace, internet research, online safety, typing, and productivity. Enrollment is rolling, with a one-time $50 program fee. After payment, our team assists with enrollment using your email. Already enrolled? Open the launcher on the program page or sign in at www.digitalfoundations.app. If access is not ready, contact hi@luccares.org rather than paying again.

The one-time $50 program fee includes a guided ATS-friendly Resume Builder with live preview and print/PDF export, a 50-question Career Skills Assessment, an Industry Guide covering 12 career fields, writing coaching, personal TLCF resume review, and a free career resource directory. After payment, a TLCF team member personally enrolls you. Workshop sign-in uses your email without a password. Use the launcher on the program page once enrolled. Online work is self-paced; contact us to arrange available one-on-one sessions or group workshops in person.

For Scholars Tutoring, review the program page and sign in to request a one-hour session, or contact our team about subjects, scheduling, and financial assistance. For Connect Mobile, review the enrollment and Phone Check-Up Clinic options before paying. The $20 application fee and $40 clinic fee are non-refundable; carrier approval, eligibility, and device availability are not guaranteed. The former $5 promotional offer is no longer available.

You can browse programs, contact us, donate, and use public referrals without a member account. Member accounts are used for services such as appointment requests and private account information. Choose Members & families on the sign-in page to create an account or sign in; follow the email-confirmation instructions when registering. Staff & volunteers use the separate Staff Hub with an approved @luccares.org Google Workspace account. Digital Foundations and Resume Workshop have their own learner sign-ins; a TLCF member account alone does not complete paid-program enrollment.

No. The Annual Impact Grant funds a specific charitable community-benefit project proposed by an eligible nonprofit, community organization, charitable initiative, or qualifying business. It is not individual emergency assistance or unrestricted business-growth funding. One recipient may receive $100–$5,000 annually, subject to available funding, eligibility review, and approval. Applying is free and does not require a member account. Check the grant page for the confirmed application window, deadlines, required presentation attendance, and award conditions; funding is not guaranteed.

Optional donations are processed through Zeffy and support TLCF's charitable programs and operations. Program and enrollment fees are paid separately through Stripe; paying a required fee is not the same as making a charitable gift. We do not promise that a particular donation amount buys a specific item or guarantees assistance to a particular person. The time commitment depends on the role and current needs, so our team will discuss a suitable opportunity with you. Volunteer onboarding uses our paper volunteer handbook and the forms included in it; there is no digital onboarding process.
