Our Impact

As of May 1, 2026, 54 participants have completed job-readiness training through TLCF, gaining essential workplace and soft skills. This builds on a major expansion in 2025, where over 700 individuals were prepared for employment opportunities.

As of May 1, 2026, TLCF has delivered over 1,500 hours of direct mentor–mentee engagement, providing guidance, support, and career exposure. This hands-on mentorship model has scaled significantly from nearly 10,000 hours in 2024 to over 21,000 hours in 2025.

As of May 1, 2026, TLCF has distributed more than 3,400 pounds of food to families in need. This effort is part of a rapidly growing initiative that provided over 16,000 pounds of food in 2025.

As of May 1, 2026, 871 individuals have received food assistance through the Nourish Network. The program has expanded dramatically, reaching thousands of individuals in previous years as demand continues to grow.

As of May 1, 2026, 12 participants have completed the Digital Foundations Program, gaining hands-on training in digital literacy and career readiness—marking the beginning of TLCF’s growing tech education pipeline.
