Service Description
The Luc Cochran Foundation offers a 120-minute virtual tutoring session designed to provide tailored, one-on-one academic support for students. Each session is conducted by experienced, contracted private tutors who adapt their teaching to the student’s unique learning style, academic needs, and personal goals. The virtual platform allows students to connect with their tutors from anywhere, making it a flexible option that can fit into busy schedules. During the session, tutors focus on the specific subjects or areas the student is struggling with, offering interactive, supportive instruction and tools to help them succeed. Each tutoring session is structured to encourage academic confidence and to enhance skills in core subjects, aligning with The Luc Cochran Foundation's mission to empower young learners through education.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you are required to contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done by logging into your account and making the necessary changes online before the 24-hour deadline. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe may result in additional fees, including a $50 no-show fee for missed appointments without prior notification. Please note that all outstanding fees, including no-show and late cancellation fees, must be paid in full to keep your account in good standing. If your account is not current, including payment of all applicable fees, tutoring services will be suspended until the balance is cleared. Adhering to this policy ensures fair access to our services for all clients.
